I really quite fancied this film - I thought it was gong to be some kind of modern portmanteau. Three friends are stalked by a guy with a crazy laugh, over a grudge that dates back to their school days. Pretty much that's it. We go through the three different stalk/slash moments - Lisa gets caught on a motorway, Tabitha in a room full of clowns and Lisa in a dorm room in a weird old cliched horror hotel. And then there's the linking story. And that's where any interest ends...
There's not much I can really write about this film. It's just freakin' dreadful!! I can't even say it's particularly predictable because it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever and it's just incredibly, devastatingly bad. No wonder the release dates were pushed back a few times before they put it straight to DVD, there would have been riots in the cinemas with people trying to get their cash back. As it is, I'm grudging the time I spent watching it along with the wasted rental. This crazy guy holds a grudge against these three women because they weren't amused by his art project when he was a kid for god's sake (which, by the way, was a live rat strung up with its insides on show - this kid was definitely not a well-adjusted soul!). He goes through some elaborate set-up just to get his own back for an art project? It was a really crap premise for a film - a pile of steaming shit that didn't live up to the potential it had when it came out of the donkey's arse! Despite the satisfyingly freaky-looking clown on the DVD cover, do not be fooled - avoid this film at all costs! It really is bloody awful.
