A group of film students put on an all night horror-thon in a theatre where years before an insane filmmaker Lanyard Gates killed his family live on stage. Soon the students begin getting killed off in various disturbing ways and student Maggie is convinced that Gates has returned, thinks she's his daughter and is here to finish the job...
This is a fun one to watch - a decent wee gem. It's not completely obvious and with a tighter script (some of the dialogue is a little cheesy, and a little wooden if I'm being honest - not the greatest actors in the world, like!) it could've been a good one. As it is, the screen quality is not the best but it's a decent romp and everyone seems quite into it. Probably the highlights are the fake films shown at the horror-thon - quite amusing.
