This was one of those films that was labelled a 'Video Nasty' in the early 80s and was banned in the UK for violence and obscenity reasons. I was really pleased then, when it was finally released on video around my 21st birthday. Unfortunately what I didn't take into account as I hired this from the video store is that the majority of the films on the Video Nasty list are just shit! And this is one of them - it's just shit!
A skint artist goes nuts cos he's skint and the neighbours are noisy. So he goes on the rampage with a power drill. And that's all. It's hard to watch cos the sound and picture is awful - an attempt to convey the artist guy's decent into madness just doesn't work and gives you a headache instead. There's no point mentioning the acting or anything because this film is just a great big bag of foosty pants.
