The Wadsworth Family try to kill Ann the social worker after spiking her drink at a party. She escapes with the help of Baby and takes him away. Then Ann and her mother-in-law kill the 3 Wadsworth women as they break into her house to get Baby back, and bury them under their new swimming pool. It turns out Ann's husband was left with the mind of a ten month old after an accident and she wanted Baby as a playmate for him. At the end of the film, Baby, Ann's husband and Ann all play happily in the new pool as the mother-in-law looks on!
